Have you ever thought about what’s inside of a dyscalculia diagnosis? Your child has trouble with math, but do you know the skills that make up math ability?

This diagram shows what weaknesses are part of a dyscalculia diagnosis.  Your child has one or more of these problems (not necessarily all of them.)   You can use this diagram to talk with your child’s diagnosing specialist, and better understand what’s hardest for your child about math.
